Can you replace fascias and soffits without removing the roof? +
Yes. In most cases we replace fascias, soffits and bargeboards from the outside using scaffold or towers, without disturbing the tiles or the roof structure. We lift the first course of tiles just enough to fit the new boards and refit everything neatly.
How often should gutters be cleaned? +
For most homes, once a year is enough — ideally in late autumn once the leaves have dropped. Properties with overhanging trees may need clearing twice a year. Keeping gutters clear stops overflow running down the walls and causing damp.
How much does new guttering cost to install? +
It depends on the size of the property, how much guttering and downpipe is involved and whether it's replacing like-for-like or upgrading. We measure up at the free survey and give you a fixed written quote — no obligation.
